What happens after you apply
Your status page shows one of these six phases.
  1. 1.Application received — We have your application.
  2. 2.Under review — Someone is reading your profile against the role.
  3. 3.Telephonic round — The screening call stage.
  4. 4.Interview scheduled — A panel round is booked or being booked.
  5. 5.Decision in progress — Rounds are done; the outcome is being decided.
  6. 6.Outcome — A final answer — offer, or the process has concluded.
